Chemical Peeling is a cosmetic procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The peel solution exfoliates dead skin cells on the skins’ surface to help with congestion and to help healthy skin cells rise to the surface. This procedure rejuvenates the skin, which allows the skin to grow back smoother. Chemical Peels are used to treat superficial wrinkles, fine lines, unwanted pigmentation, mild acne and scarring. A superficial chemical peel removes the outer layer of skin; best for treating fine lines, acne, uneven skin tone, and dehydrated skin. A medium-grade chemical peel removes skin cells from the epidermis and portions from the upper dermis; best for treating wrinkles, acne scars, and uneven skin tone. A deep chemical peel removes skin cells from deeper layers of the dermis; may be recommended by your provider for deeper wrinkles, scars, or precancerous growths. Deeper chemical peels offer more-dramatic results but also require more downtime.

Dermal Filler

Dermal Filler is an FDA approved, injectable treatment for filling in areas that have sunken or are showing signs of volume loss.

DiolazeXL is an advanced laser hair removal procedure that safely and gently eliminates unwanted hair. DiolazeXL has one of the largest treatment spot sizes, making treatments convenient and fast. The combination of efficacy, patient comfort, and speed makes DiolazeXL a leader in laser hair removal. It is powerful enough to target and treat even the most stubborn hair.

If you are receiving laser hair removal for the first time, 6 to 8 treatments are recommended for optimal results. Because all hair is not in the same stage of growth at any given time, several laser treatments, usually at least six, spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart, are necessary.

Darker hair responds best to laser hair removal. Lighter-colored hair is least responsive. Be sure to avoid tanning or sunless tanners and to use a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen for up to six weeks prior to treatment. Treatment area must be clean and shaved 1 day prior to treatment.

Platelet-Rich Plasma, also known as platelet-rich growth factors or platelet concentrate, is a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein derived from whole blood. After a quick blood draw, your blood will be spun in a centrifuge to isolate the PRP. The PRP is then delivered via injection to the required areas for regeneration.

Platelets in the blood have an important job to promote healing. This is possible because of their growth factors and proteins that assist in regenerating cells in the body. The effectiveness of stimulating tissue regeneration depends on the concentration of platelets present in the plasma. And, it is a well-known fact that wound healing of damaged tissues depends on the platelet concentrations. PRP acts by nurturing those cells that can heal on their own or can augment the healing process by the resolution of damaged tissues.

PRP injections can be used as an anti-aging treatment for skin rejuvenation, periorbital rejuvenation, and hair restoration. Because the treatments use a patient’s own tissues, PRP injections are safe and can be administered alone or used in conjunction with other procedures.

We recommend a series of three-four treatments, with optimal results being achieved at the 6-month mark. The recommended treatment schedule for PRP is once every month for 3-6 months or until your desired result is reached, with quarterly or yearly maintenance treatments thereafter. Since the PRP process is minimally invasive, the downtime is also minimal. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided to allow your treatment area to heal most thoroughly.
